According to the Korea Food & Drug Administration, starting from Jan. 1, 2003 for meat and egg products, and July of next year for milk products, the antibiotic residue permissible limit will be enforced. The allowable limit of 4 kinds of antibiotic such as neomycin in egg and quail egg will be newly regulated. Any product that is noted to be over the limit will be entirely disposed.
