Sol to Bio Experiment Result
I. PMWS Experiment
Methods and Results
Pigs were divided into two treatment of (1) Sol to Bio 0.3% group that Sol to Bio 0.3% was feed, (2) control group that Sol to Bio was not feed. After 2 weeks, pigs were inoculated with PCV-2 that is the cause-body of PMWS. After 12 days pigs were slaughtered, and then virus were isolated from each organ and compared. As a result, in Sol to Bio group, remarkably much less virus was detected from Bronchial lymph node, Tonsil and Inguinal lymph node those are the major contagion organ of PCV-2. Therefore, it can be concluded that feeding of Sol to Bio remarkably and significantly controls the multiplication of PCV-2 that is the cause-body of PMWS in pigs.

 Figure 1. Concentration of PCV-2
in different treatment of pigs after challenge 12 days
Note: As log was used in the graph, there is remarkably big difference between two treatments.
For example, in Bronchial lymph node, 9,000,000 copies/g of PCV-2 were detected from No Sol to Bio group, but only 6,000 copies/g of PCV-2 were detected from Sol to Bio 0.3% group.
II. PRRS Experiment
Methods and Results
Pigs were divided into two treatment of (1) Sol to Bio 0. group that Sol to Bio 0.3% was feed, (2) control group that Sol to Bio was not feed. After 2 weeks, pigs were inoculated with PRRS virus. After 12 days pigs were slaughtered, and then virus were isolated from each organ and compared. As a result, in Sol to Bio group, remarkably much less virus was detected from Lungs, Bronchial lymph node, Tonsil and Thymus. Therefore, it can be concluded that feeding of Sol to Bio remarkably and significantly controls the multiplication of PRRS virus in pigs.

 Figure 2a. Concentration of PRRS
in different treatment of pigs after challenge 12 days
Note: For example, in Lungs, 900,000 pfu/g of PRRS were detected from No Sol to Bio group, but only 10,000 pfu/g of PRRS were detected from Sol to Bio 0.3% group.
III. Conclusion
According to above experiments, it is conclude that Sol to Bio remarkably controls the multiplication of PMWS and PRRS, and can be expected that Sol to Bio will be very helpful for prevention and reduction of viral diseases.
Note: At these experiments, Sol to Bio was feed only for 26 days, but if feeding lead time increases, naturally the effect of controlling virus would be more powerful.
